People might have to work hard for existing under the earth as life is surrounded with struggle and hardships and. That is the reason one particular individual is happy enough and the other belonging to same country has to lead a strenuous and miserable life. Therefore, Asian believes that persons who are enough fortunate get the opportunity to lead a peaceful life. More specifically, most of the countries of Asia fall under the category of developing country (Greaves, 2010). As a result, the people of those countries have to immense struggle in order to earn money. In spite of being intellectual, the pupils of Asian countries have to face immense challenges to gain identity or recognition. People have to face immense challenges in order to improve their lifestyle. Most of the people are dependent on agricultural or craft professions because of which their sources of earning becomes limited. As a result, young generations have to suffer immensely for their further grooming or progress. Thus, few lucky people get opportunity to lead a successful life for Asian country (Hornung, 2008). That is the reason, Asians believes in luck or fortune for the pursuit of happiness. Thus, in the concept of the pursuit of happiness, the opinions of American and Asian differ highly due to some cultural factors. America is out-an-out a developed country based on numerous industries where a large number of people are involved with various organizations. They believe in working and labour (Mihelich, 2011). Their technological advancement, their innovative policies and systems inside the business emerged success that helps the people to lead a sophisticated life. On the other hand, most of the countries of Asia are based on agriculture and crafts. The people of here are not advanced in technology in true sense. Asians have to struggle immensely in order to lead a successful life. As countries are, still developing people have to depend immensely on few industries (Suzuki 2013). They have to face trouble in order to get a suitable job. As a result, the percentage of poverty is wide in number in comparison to the USA countries. These cultural differences are the primary reasons for the difference of opinion from American to Asian. Therefore, Asians believes on fortune and American believes on work.
